TekTop™ Silicone Liquid Flashing is a uniquely formulated brush-grade silicone mastic designed as a thick, sag-resistant, 1-step application to easily fill seams, cracks, breaks, tears, and holes. Use prior to TekTop™ roof coating application or as a repair mastic.

The excellent UV resistance in this mastic will not degrade from the sun’s harmful rays. TekTop™ Silicone Liquid Flashing remains permanently flexible while resisting cracks or leaks to create a smooth, strong roofing surface.
