High Performance Bleed-Blocking Primer

TekTop™ Bituminous Primer is uniquely formulated as a single-component, water-based primer to provide simple and effective adhesion to BUR, SBS, and APP bituminous roofing surfaces.

The primer can be applied thin as a bond coat or thick as a bleed-blocker to encapsulate and prevent any discoloration from asphalt and bitumen roofs. TekTop™ Bituminous Primer can also be used to prime metal roofs and flashings. The yellow tint in the primer provides a visual guide for accurate application.
