1-Day Epoxy Floor System

SIMFLAKE SB 1-DAY EPOXY is a versatile, single-broadcast floor system that uses Simiron Decorative Chip to achieve long-lasting, easy-to-maintain results. A variety of blends are available with this three-layer system. Simflake SB 1-Day Epoxy is made up of a basecoat, a 14-inch vinyl chip broadcast, and a topcoat. This system, with a total thickness of 16 mils of 1150FC, also resists moisture vapor transmission of up to 12 pounds per 1,000 square feet in 24 hours per ASTM F1869 or 85% relative humidity in the slab per ASTM F2170. The standard system has a gloss finish, but satin and non-skid textures are also available. The base system will produce a nominal thickness of more than 50 mils on average.
